His first restaurant at Sunday River Ski Resort, The Mountain Room, has garnered national acclaim as the best on snow dining in the USA. Loved the atmosphere. We did have two different servers come to the table and give different information for the specials but it all worked out. We ended up being 4 people instead of 5 and they seemed a little put off by that.

Food was outstanding, service was very good. The room is very small and very noisy. It was difficult to speak with the server.
