Not exaggerating. Ordered chicken Marsala. Was the BEST meal I ever had!!!

Not a lot of effort put into a very standard offering. The fact that they serve out as the dishes are completed tells me they don't have a proper rhythm in the kitchen. It is just an excuse not to time the meals for the entire table properly. Also, when serving shrimp in a pasta dish eaten with utensils the proper way to to remove the tail. Leave the tail on for a handheld item, but when cooked in the dish to should be removed. That is a lack of attention to details. I might go back again but it isn't anything special happening here.

Service was slow and uneven. Took a while for all of our dinners to come out. Waited over 15 minutes for last meal to come out- it was a Caesar salad with shrimp. Eggplant Parm was crispy/burnt and pasta was under cooked. Lemon crab and shrimp pasta was swimming in sauce in it's bowl. The Caesar was comped, but will not be returning anytime soon

Our server, Jake, was great! Food was very good. A bit noisey, but not too bad.

To start, our server Ray was terrific. He was friendly, helpful and was committed to providing us with a positive customer experience. He accomplished this!! Ask for Ray! Party of 4, we enjoyed pizza, chicken Marsala, Gnocchi, salads and delicious PasoRobles Cabernet. Food and service were outstanding. Thank you.

The atmosphere is nice however our experience was not as positive as we had hoped. We had a table of four, three meals which were hot food (wings, salmon, and chicken milanese) and one Caesar salad. The salmon came out at least 10 minutes prior to everyone else’s food. Then the salad was delivered. And then about 3-5 minutes later the other two hot meals. It made our guest feel bad for eating in front of us but we did not want her salmon to be cold. The restaurant was steady, but not that busy. Our reservation was for 815 so by the time we ordered and got dinner, it was at least 9 PM.

Server was scatterbrained. Entrees were all brought out separately over a 10 Minute period . Food was below average reminded me of banquet quality.

We had the best lunch today at LaScala. And what was most impressive besides the food was our server, Sierra. She was awesome! Not only did she take great care of us, but her food recommendations were great with a lot of detailed information. We started with the bread with ricotta and honey spread which was delicious! She gave great recommendation to my friend on her salad choice and explained about getting oil and balsamic on the side and how to mix the two together. I asked her if she studied food but she said the restaurant allows them to eat there because they work all day. It's a great strategy because she knew the menu and could advise beautifully, We will definitely go back and ask to sit at Sierra's table.
