If you want cold food and terrible service, this is the place for you! Went to Las Ramblas for the NYE special with a group and it was terrible. Waited over an hour from salad/soup course to get our entrees. When they finally arrived, everyone's was ice cold. I had the halibut and sent it back because cold fish was not going to cut it. Everyone else ate theirs because they were so hungry; as it was 10:35. The food was mediocre at best. Our waiter was too worried about setting up for tomorrow's breakfast than to wait on us. The tip was already included on our bill so he probably already figured he had his tip money so he could ignore us. Please note, we are a group that tipped double the added on tip the night before at a restaurant where we had excellent food and service. We were supposed to get a sparkling wine toast for "midnight". I watched as everyone else received full flutes and when we finally got ours, we had sparkling filled only 1/4 full. It was obvious they did not want to open another bottle. We were also told we could do the toast in the bar area; translation "take your 1/4 glass of sparkling and get out of our restaurant-we want to go home". It was obvious the staff wanted to get out of there so pretty much ignored the customers; especially our table. The service was so bad that we never would have tipped as much as they "added" to our bill. The only employee who did a good job was Mark, the hostess. He sat us early and also gave us our NYE hats/horns. Overall the special night we were all planning on having was very disappointing thanks to the mediocre food and terrible customer service. My advice to Las Ramblas is not to offer a NYE special as it was very apparent your staff did not want to work the event. My advice to anyone wanting a special evening, avoid Las Ramblas; unless you like medicore food and terrible service.

Great service and great food. Had reservations for New Years Eve and quick and friendly. No problems and quick on servicing you food.

New Year’s Eve dinner was pricey fixe. The choices were wonderful and what we had was delicious! Great service

The strip steak was quite tender and the vegetables served with it were flavorful. My husband had the halibut which he thoroughly enjoyed. The deserts were also delightful. We are locals, so we will be returning, just because...

New Year's Eve reservations, out lobster bisque, came to the table lukewarm, sent it back to the kitchen and 3 new bowls arrived less that 1/3 filled. It was the first seating of the night, soups should have been heated and you would think that a second serving would have been a full bowl. We were so upset with the experience we got up and left after leaving $20 for Megan, our server, and explaining to her that while our food was subpar her service was exemplary. Took close to 15 minutes to wait for our parking ticket to be validated, unfortunately, a manager did not take advantage of this time to apologize or even ask why we were leaving. As all restaurants were booked for the night we ended up in the drive-thru at Bill Miller's. Horrible way to end a horrible year.

We came in for Christmas dinner @ 6:45. Food was mediocre- prime rib could only be offered medium+ and creme brulee somehow sold out after we ordered it so server brought the other option, chocolate lava cake, which was tepid and gross. We had higher expectations for a $100 meal. Would not recommend.

We had dinner on Christmas Eve with a three-course set meal the food was excellent the atmosphere was great and service perfect.

Waited for twenty minutes and had to ask a server if there was a server assigned to our table. Whatever was used to wipe off the table to clean it made the table stink.

We absolutely loved our visit to Las Ramblas for our Girl’s Trip- the service and food were impeccable! Thanks for a lovely evening.
