This attentiveness ensures that guests do not experience undue delays, particularly during the preparation of dishes like paella, which requires approximately 30 minutes to cook. Additionally, the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere.

I had a delightful experience at Las Flores in Uptown Ritz on a Tuesday night. The ambiance was cozy with just a few patrons, which made for a relaxed dining atmosphere. The standout dishes included the Gambas al Ajillo, which was a comforting appetizer, and both the Paella Mariscos and Paella Negra, which were absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough of their La Nostra Sangria—it was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The staff were incredibly responsive, especially the staff whose name started with "C." She was very accommodating, even helping us set up balloons for our birthday dinner. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Looking forward to returning soon!
