L'Artisteria Pizzeria is located at the AC Hotel in Brickell. Our culinary passion lies in artisanal pizza. The inspiration behind the restaurant's name stems from the belief that food is art, and the culinary team at L'Artisteria Pizzeria creates masterpieces with every dish. Our dough undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process, is baked at a scorching 900 degrees in just 90 seconds, and uses quality ingredients, including Caputo flour, top-quality mozzarella, and tomato sauce sourced from California. Guests can elevate their pizza experience by pairing it with beer and wine. We're open Monday through Thursday noon to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday noon to 2 a.m., and Sunday noon to 10 p.m. Definitely try our Honey Calabrese and Sunshine Pizzas!

The restaurant is very nice. The food is great and service as well. I went to celebrate a birthday and they surprise us with a delicious panna cotta and tiramisu. Overall I enjoyed, I will go back and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Very nice place! Beautifully decorated and the food was delicious! Ingredients were fresh and you can tell it’s not just any ordinary cheese or sauce they use. Would definitely go again. Went for lunch and it was surprisingly quiet! I hope more people dine there and keep this business going as it is excellent and prices were good!

I would definitely recommend this amazing restaurant. The service excellent, the food a big WOW!!! Everything was delicious and what I loved the most is that the owner was there making sure your food experience is perfect. I will definitely go back specifically that they were going to add new dishes to the menu. Overall all my friends were super happy and making plans again to go back for dinner. L’Artisteria e un ristorante che ci devi andare ottima esperienza 😃

The restaurant was amazing, the pizzas delicious and the most important part was the customer service 5⭐️. The owner was very nice and friendly. Super recommend !!!
