Our Server Jose was cool, brought our fries out late due to forgetting to put them in and We were given the wrong Mac and Cheese. They also ran out of bread and the server he was going to take care of us but didn’t. The host were nice but I had a reservation for 9:15 and didn’t get seated until almost 10pm. Didn’t received not one apology or compensated for having to wait for our table even though we had a reservation. For the amount of money you spend, you’d expect better service or think that they would at least have your table ready. I’d rate this location 3/5.

They were out of almost everything we ordered. This is a location that we visit frequently and the food and service are always outstanding. Tonight was the exception. The steaks came over cooked and were very dry. 3 or the sides we ordered were out. Not all at once, but our poor server (who was wonderful) had to keep coming back as asking if there was something else we wanted. We just gave up and wrote it off.

The food we did end up getting was incredible. Highly recommend the filet mignon sashimi. The mains took way too long and I think it was just due to the busyness of the night. Our server Jamie was great! Would def recommend, but maybe not go on a super busy night.

I think we were at our table for about 15 minutes before a server came to greet us. No over view of the menu, asked if we had questions or even if we wanted to order apps. After 15 minutes, all that was asked was “if we were ready to order”. Everything else was dialed from the food to the ambiance in the room. Coming to a place like this you just expect a little more premium service

New Year’s Eve. Busy as to be expected. Waitor was impatient. Two side dishes never came. We waited for someone to uncork our champagne for 45 minutes and then finally did it ourselves. Ice teas and soda not refilled for one hour and when we finally asked, the staff forgot and I had to ask again. A steak ordered medium rare came was cooked medium/well. The room looked beautiful with all the balloons and the live piano was wonderful.

I’ve had dinner here several times. Often with first time friends. They always love it. Everything, food, service, piano music is great. Yes it’s expensive but really worth it.

Wonderful meal and evening! The hostess gave us a cozy booth—thank you!!! Gina, our server, was excellent. Made us feel welcome and took very good care of us. All the wait staff were amazing. Thank you!!
