    We sat out on the patio. Comfortable early October evening and a nice place to be. Service was excellent. We felt like we were getting special attention and everything was served fast and friendly. We tried the restaurant week Italian street food sampler. Most were delicious. I had their lasagna entree which I wasn’t wild about, but that’s personal taste. Overall, a delightful experience with top notch service. I think the excellent service elevated the experience to way above normal. Who doesn’t like being pampered a little bit?

    I never write reviews, but the staff at Eataly took such good care of my 15 year old son’s birthday dinner. 9 teenage boys who love pizza- they had the best time and i enjoyed having a very chill dinner on my own at the bar. Everyone from the hostess stand to the bartender to the waitstaff was amazing and helped to provide a great memory. Thanks!

    Like the last two times I’ve been, a number of the things ordered came out close to room temperature in places. The chicken we ordered came out pinkish in the center, not cooked enough, and had a gross rubbery texture before I noticed the color of it. Had to send that back. Got a pizza in place of it, the pizza was extremely thin and liquidy/soggy. This was my third time eating here, I ate here again only because who I was with wanted to try it. I should have stayed away.

    Food is good perhaps a little on the high side for a pasta dish. Good taste and bread is optional additional charge

    The food was very good and I was happy to be able to take my large group of 16 to dine together. Although the manager confirmed earlier in the day that we would be able to get separate checks, we were informed once we sat that it would not be possible. Frustrated, we opted for two table checks to be split evenly. Why this took a good 30 minutes to understand, I do now know. Unfortunately, the great food was soured by the poor assistance to our needs and miscommunications. Eataly the market is amazing and I only wish I would have had more time to spend there.
