    Like the last two times I’ve been, a number of the things ordered came out close to room temperature in places. The chicken we ordered came out pinkish in the center, not cooked enough, and had a gross rubbery texture before I noticed the color of it. Had to send that back. Got a pizza in place of it, the pizza was extremely thin and liquidy/soggy. This was my third time eating here, I ate here again only because who I was with wanted to try it. I should have stayed away.

    Food is good perhaps a little on the high side for a pasta dish. Good taste and bread is optional additional charge

    The food was very good and I was happy to be able to take my large group of 16 to dine together. Although the manager confirmed earlier in the day that we would be able to get separate checks, we were informed once we sat that it would not be possible. Frustrated, we opted for two table checks to be split evenly. Why this took a good 30 minutes to understand, I do now know. Unfortunately, the great food was soured by the poor assistance to our needs and miscommunications. Eataly the market is amazing and I only wish I would have had more time to spend there.

    We love eating at Eataly, the food is always amazing. I will say, this time the service was a little disappointing. Our server never came back and asked us if we wanted a refill on our water or on our drinks. At some point, her shift was over with. However, instead of coming over and telling us that and letting us know that a different server would be taking over, she just left. The server who took over for her, was not very attentive, he never offered us any refills. I had to ask him for a refill on our water. I would have liked another drink, but at that point just gave up. I think this is a one off, the service is always been very good, but it was a let down.

    Service was excellent. We ordered the focaccia Rossa and they accidentally brought out the focaccia Bianca. They let us keep both after bringing out the Rossa and didn’t charge us for the second one. Food was fabulous, I got the bolognese and my bf got a pizza. This place never fails me.
