Quattro Mani is a once-a-month pop-up bringing together Dallas's best pizza shops to take over our pizza oven for one night only, and we’re thrilled to welcome Cane Rosso! Cane Rosso will be featuring a one-of-a-kind Meatball Madness pizza, with Mozzarella, Vodka Sauce, Meatballs, Ricotta, and Calabrian Chilis. A portion of sales from that pizza will be donated Cane Rosso's own charity - Cane Rosso Rescue, rescuing animals in need of a home. The night will also feature a chance to meet Cane Rosso's own team, and a complimentary glass of prosecco. Don’t miss out!

My girlfriend and I recently drove about an hour to enjoy a nice dinner, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo, which was served out of a Parmesan wheel. Sadly, it was a bit underwhelming. The noodles were cold and chewy, and the server seemed disinterested—he barely tossed them before walking away. There wasn’t even any extra Parmesan offered, which would’ve helped since the dish was very bland. The flavor reminded me of a cheap store-bought version, and the black truffle butter that made my dish more expensive didn’t add any noticeable flavor. My girlfriend’s Linguini wasn’t much better. It was also cold and chewy, and the sauce had a strange, off-putting taste that reminded me of fish water. All in all, we left pretty disappointed and certain we won’t be coming back.

Food was a little bland and my chicken was cold. I expected too much from service as I thought the server should have assisted with the menu. He pushed the bread a lot and I don’t really eat bread. Also, the bottle of water $7 and sold in the market for $4. Nice ambiance and grocery store.

Won't be going back again. Our family had a reservation and we're seated on time. Had a couple of appetizers and drinks, and then waited and waited and waited for our food. We called the waiter over and he told us the kitchen was backed up, which seemed to be a lie since the 2 tables that were seated after is we're already eating? After WAITING FOR AN HOUR for our food, which still hasn't arrived, we called the waiter and told him we didn't want it anymore and wanted to pay and leave. When I started to question him about the wait and why ..... He just walked off! Such poor customer service and a waste of our time

Restaurant is spacious and clean. The tagliatelle bolognese was delicious; pasta cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and my server suggested a delicious wine to pair with pasta. My first time to Dallas Eataly…won’t be my last!

Great food, service was lacking from past visits. Noise levels intense and could not talk to dining partner.

Food and ambiance were great. Service left much to be desired. Could not hear the soft spoken hostess who mumbled instructions at our party. Then the person who took our drink order (not our server - he wasn't "there yet) seemed openly put out that she had to take our order - we had not asked to be served. Then the Childrens meal promo on the website was not applied to our bill. When I inquired the server said oh yes that is a thing but we don't automatically apply the promotional discount, you have to ask. wow. thank goodness I did. Saved us $30.
