The cuisine at Langdon Hall starts with looking out our kitchen windows. It is inspired by the seasons, wild produce growing in abundance on the property and the bounty of our kitchen gardens. Relationships have been built with our community farmers, foragers and artisans who hold similar beliefs of providing wholesome natural products that have been prepared with care and respect.

We create dishes with purpose, embraced with a story behind each relationship and provide a taste of the terroir of Langdon Hall. All the ingredients combined, create an experience like no other, so grand, so captivating that it is impossible to forget. As the seasons change, the menu changes to reflect the reaps of the harvest.

Langdon Hall never disappoints- the BBQ series was fantastic and while not cheap, it is essentially all you eat and drink so skip lunch!

We always enjoy dining at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa. The summer BBQ series are an extra special treat that we love to attend also! The grounds and gardens are quite pleasing as well as the culinary experience in whole. Chef Jason is extremely talented and has a flair for presenting only the finest of cuisine, no matter what the occasion. Outstanding food paired with delicious beverages and music is a delight for all of the senses. Fresh flowers adorn the candlelit tables both inside and outside on the patio and the staff is exceptionally pleasant.

This was a Father's Day BBQ. The food was tasty, but unfortunately, Langdon kept running out of food and, at one point, replaced a tasty item with a mediocre option. Given the price point—$150 per person plus alcohol—I had higher expectations. The service was very good, but the food was not up to their usual standards. But no one had to do the shopping, cooking, or clean up. I thank them for that.

Wonderful food and the venue was great for summertime BBQ. Would recommend to any and all for a special experience.

The concept of a BBQ was terrific and having the outside space was even better. The atmosphere, the staff were 20/10!! We were disappointed with the desserts and the focaccia pizzas specifically. The dessert display was not appealing (specially the cookie decorations and the chocolate cake decorations)and everything from the cookies and cakes were heavy and the cheesecake was tart - I did not enjoy any of the options. Having fewer but lighter desserts such as homemade gelato, sorbet, ice cream with thin waffle cookie or some simple like a fruit tart or flan. The focaccia pizza wasn’t as good as it looked. Everything else was executed well. My family wants to comeback next year but it will be dependent on the new menu. Also thank you for the Dad’s gift bag, that was a nice touch.
