The view from the restaurant on to the water was amazing and paired with delicious food was the best combo.

Not at all what I was expecting. The pictures are very nice but when we get there it’s not like in the pictures. The food is good a bit pricey,nice stuff members but I wos expecting more. A bit disappointing

food was very nice, prompt service, had to send beef fillet back as it was overcooked and very gristly but was replaced with a perfect peice

Thankfully my husband and l chose a quiet evening for his birthday celebrations and although there isn't an extensive choice on the menu, especially as one of us has a cheese allergy , the meals we chose were well cooked and presented and hot and tasty. The meal was rather overpriced, but for a special occasion acceptable.

This is a very pleasant restaurant, with its water views and luxury shipboard ambience. The staff are lovely. We enjoyed our meal, in particular, the red pepper soup, and the delightful desserts. The disappointment of the night was the main courses. These were good, but not outstanding. We had the lamb and chicken dishes and a side of vegetables. The latter was generous and nicely cooked. I would have preferred a lighter sauce with my chicken, and it needed to be a little more moist. However, the desserts made up for this, my chocolate fondant oozed beautifully and the accompaniments were delicious. My mocktail was a real treat. I'd eat at Lands End again, but perhaps choose a different main or two starters. All of the latter looked marvellous, and if the soup is anything to go by, would have made an excellent meal.

Disappointing Service and poorly thought out management decisions led to a substandard food, we ordered medium steak and got rare, they took away everything and the vegetables, they remade the steak but then forgot to bring the vegetables, the staff didn’t seem to understand what we wanted to order, the food when it did arrive was delicious but for the price and the service it was quite disappointing

Dinner at Sunborn was very nice, but, unfortunately they do not cater for dietary needs. I was with my sister who is celiac, there were no starters suitable for her, only one main and only one dessert, luckily she liked the choice but ironically she had no choice. We were asked what water we preferred still or sparkling but didn’t realise we had to pay for it plus and a large tip is added to the already expensive meal Overall was ok but overpriced I think I didn’t realise there were restaurants nearby which would have been far cheaper and just as nice Staff were attentive, friendly and polite

Lovely dinner, great service and amazing views. We were 30 minutes late so they called us to check and they were very understanding about us being late. Loved it
