Disappointing Service and poorly thought out management decisions led to a substandard food, we ordered medium steak and got rare, they took away everything and the vegetables, they remade the steak but then forgot to bring the vegetables, the staff didn’t seem to understand what we wanted to order, the food when it did arrive was delicious but for the price and the service it was quite disappointing

Dinner at Sunborn was very nice, but, unfortunately they do not cater for dietary needs. I was with my sister who is celiac, there were no starters suitable for her, only one main and only one dessert, luckily she liked the choice but ironically she had no choice. We were asked what water we preferred still or sparkling but didn’t realise we had to pay for it plus and a large tip is added to the already expensive meal Overall was ok but overpriced I think I didn’t realise there were restaurants nearby which would have been far cheaper and just as nice Staff were attentive, friendly and polite

Lovely dinner, great service and amazing views. We were 30 minutes late so they called us to check and they were very understanding about us being late. Loved it

The food was brilliantly presented and tasted wonderful, service was prompt and very polite. The only thing that may put off some people is the price but it is to be expected in places like these. Also the service charge added to the bill was a bit higher than I thought it would be. Overall very impressed

Wife and I visited for our 2nd wedding anniversary, stay at the hotel so decided to have dinner here. The yacht itself is amazing, when you walk in it takes your breath away and the staff are very polite and courteous. The food was real good, I had the lobster linguine and my wife had the Sea Breem, the starters we shared the bread platter which was well presented and served. The cost of the main courses for what you received in terms of portion and quality was disproportionate when compared to higher end restaurants, but all together it was a great evening and I’d visit again, recommend it too.

I ordered lamb, and there was the usual our lamb comes pink is that ok? Yes lovely then it comes well done!!

Absolutely no seasoning of flavour to the steak that cost us £48 each. The Thyme jus tasted like a melted knorr stockpot and was far too strong to use as a sauce to give the meat any flavour and the mash was pipped into a marrow bone giving the illusion there’s more there than there actually is. Our steaks were also over cooked, asked for medium rare and had medium well We heard the table next to us complain of the same thing even after having his steak sent back twice. Presentation and service was good but the food let it down. We stayed at the hotel and had our reservation there as our wedding anniversary celebration and we came out of the restaurant £120 down and feeling deflated, disappointed and still hungry. Will not be coming back for this reason
