    The meal was horrible. The service was also lacking. When the manager came over to table I felt like I was interrogated over his favorite dish. The shrimp was over boiled . It has no flavor and was like rubber. It was supposed to be blackened. The scallops I don't know what to say about them except terrible. The server wanted to know why she wasn't notified. We never saw her again.

    Our server was kind but perhaps was new or had too many tables. He never offered to refill our glasses of water or tea. The food was delicious but the portion sizes were wasteful. I asked for a side of mashed potatoes and received a bowl that would feed 4 people. It seems the ambience has changed from a nice, easy listening dinner music to screaming rock. The changes make us sad. This has been a favorite of hours for many years.

    My food was a 10/10! Unfortunately, my wife had a hair in her salad and the rice served with the her salmon was undercooked. Our server did not bring us refills on our iced tea.

    We are Landrys Select members and have dined at many of their restaurants. We usually have a wonderful experience where we feel well taken care of and satisfied. At this location, not so much. Service wasn't up to par and the food was only so-so. I recommend Willy Gs Seafood and Steaks on Harborside Drive instead. This Landrys restaurant location provided a million times better experience that better reflected the Landry's brand.

    Overall the food was okay. Crab cake was the best thing we had. Entrees were just ok. My overall dislike was the service. Our waiter never checked on us from appetizer to entree. We had to ask for our drinks to which he seemed annoyed. We wanted more drinks and dessert but after watching him cater to his other tables and ignore us we decided to just pay the check and leave. This was an overall horrible experience.

    Our service felt more like a bus boy/transaction. Barely spoke to us, lacked eye contact, not what I expected for the prices on the menu. Food was good, service poor.

    Perfect filet! Very nice accompanying asparagus. As with too many restaurants, all hard surfaces designed to bounce sound around.. too bad quiet isn't as appreciated as noise.

    Location, appearance & service were excellent. Everything is a la cart. When you order steak. What you get is steak & asparagus. The same is true with lobster tails. We asked if they served bread while we waited for our appetizers. One 6" loaf was presented. It was decent & we were charged for it later. It was overpriced for the quality of food that you get. My husband said his steak is okay. My lobster tail was overcooked & rubbery. Parts of it were dried up (yellow callused look). I only ate half of the tail & 2 asparagus. I had the waiter call the manager over. I showed her & told her about how both my lobster tail & asparagus were overcooked. Both were rubbery. For such a high class looking place, we expected more. It was our 10th year anniversary dinner & I was very disappointed. I did not expect anything, but I just thought they should know. They offered another plate, but I did not want to be disappointed a second time. The necessary training would not be instant. We would never come back. The first check that was given to us showed that half of my dinner was taken off. When the check was brought back for us to sign, my whole dinner was taken off. Obviously, we did not penalize the waiter in our tipping. We would still not come back.
