Service was dismal - I’ve had better service at a diner. They only wanted to turn over tables and get rid of us quickly to get more customers. Value vs. amount and quality did not match. I mean, $95 for a small ceasar salad as the starter, 2 prawns for main course and a basic cheesecake? Never again.

We had a reservation for over three weeks. We got there five minutes late and we had to wait 30 minutes to be sat. Then we sat at our table for over an hour before we even got our first course. The service was absolutely ridiculous. The bartenders were rude, the servers were not having their smartest days let’s say. And every table was full. We watched two tables sat after us and served before us. After ordering our courses, 20 minutes later, our waitress came over and asked us if we had ordered. Absolutely ridiculous!

The Valentine's menu was delicious! Service was great, and live music was too.

Valentine’s Day. We were not told at time of booking that it was a fixed menu. Very limited options. Salad was the worse ever. Shrimp was terrible. The steak was ok. We left still hungry. For $95 it was very poor value. I should gave been told at the time of booking that the only option was that extremely limited Valentine’s Rip off limited menu.

We dined on the Culinaria Menu, which included a very nice pea and asparagus soup with a fried lobster cake. The breading on the lobster was a little heavy for our taste, but overall good. Despite a specific request that we would like to make sure that the halibut not be overcooked, both halibut mains that we ordered were decidedly overcooked and dry. Had we not been dining with a friend who had the prime filet, we would have sent them back (something we rarely do). It would have been awkward, especially considering that the mains took quite a while to come out (the restaurant was not the least bit busy). The Basque Cheesecake was a tasty and generous portion. Our server was very good, but even great service cannot cover up a main that was just plain lacking in taste.

Went for restaurant week, not too many people in the restaurant. Was very quiet, which was good. Service was awesome. The highlights of the meal were the lobster Mac and cheese and the Basque cheesecake. Overall, great experience. Would recommend and would go back.

Waiter was super nice! Food was amazing and the drinks were on point! Music was soothing and food was delicious definitely will be coming back.
