Poor service, inattentive, sarcastic when asked questions about the menu, gave us dirty boxes to take our leftovers home in. Overall very unpleasant experience.

Barbecue was delicious and the bourbon list is fantastic. Service was awesome. If you like bourbon, you have to go here!

Landmark is one of my favorite barbecue places in Cleveland. The food is always very good. They got rid of the sampler plate so we built one for ourselves with pulled pork, brisket and turkey. I actually like the turkey the best. We added a cornbread appetizer so we got 3 pieces of cornbread. The chopped salad was also very good. Our server was attentive. Another good experience. Too bad the Browns game that was on wasn't nearly as good as the food.

My favorite restaurant in Cleveland! The service is always outstanding, and the food is amazing! Every single dish we have had there has been delicious, but the Mac and cheese, breakfast burrito, and gooey butter cake really stick out as some of our favorites!

The food was great but we didn’t feel welcomed. Our reservation didn’t matter and when refilling water, ice spilled on the table and I cleaned it up because the waiter just walked away. I’ll go back because the food was great but please take care of all your patrons. The couples on either side of us got exceptional service (which I witnessed), so I didn’t understand why we didn’t get the same. The water wasn’t the only issue, it was just the straw that broke the camels back in my experience. It was hubby’s bday and we had a full day and I wanted to try this new place with him as a respite. He loves eating all over Cleveland but we had never been here. We didn’t have time to speak to them about it as there were more things planned for afterwards and time was short. So we ate and left. I will be back though. The Mac and cheese with bbq brisket is calling my name and I want to try their whisky bar!

We arrived a few minutes early for our 630 reservation. They took us immediately. The waitress brought out waters for our party and stopped back several minutes later after we had a chance to look at the menu. The brisket sandwiches were amazing as well as the fries. We got two side orders of cornbread for our party and that was, very tasty as well. We will definitely be heading back.

The food was amazing but the service was even better!!! We got 1/3 pound of brisket and turkey along with Mac & Cheese and cornbread and an order of brisket tacos. The portions were good sized. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The waitress was amazing. I want to say her name was Courtney but she was very knowledgeable and offered great meal and drink suggestions.
