Completely unacceptable service for the kind of establishment we were expecting, on VALENTINE’s DAY at that. We had a 7:15pm reservation - we still hadn’t received our entrees at 10pm. The star given was for the violinist that played beautifully the entire time we were there. She was incredible. Everyone was waiting HOURS for their food. Please work on the service because the food is really delicious, however none of that matters when you waited an eternity to get it. We were told that they weren’t prepared when all the reservations came in, which quite frankly, shouldn’t be a problem for the customer. That’s not really fair to us, especially when we were expected to pay a pre-fixe fee and gratuity that was automatically included. If it was up to us, no one would be getting any gratuity. We had to ask for our server to come to the table and when she willingly did, it was to tell us that the kitchen was backed up. It might have been better to come on a non-holiday weekday because this was just terrible. We were the first one in our area to be seated but the last to be served. Never coming back.

I had a wonderful time, as usual. My friend who accompanied me and was there for the first time loved it. His food was excellent. The music was great. The staff was wonderful. He said he would definitely come there again. I will definitely come there again. I love this restaurant, it’s food and its staff.

Went for dinner and to catch up with one of my best friend. It wasn’t loud- we were actually able to hear each other even though there was music in the background. Our server was Nay! She was the sweetest. Her suggestions for drinks was on point, she checked on us often to see if everything was ok. Overall service was great, drinks were great, food was good!!

The food was absolutely amazing! Our server Nay was so sweet and knowledgeable of the menu and gave us great drink and food recommendations. Can’t wait to go back. Already telling my friends to go there!

Great dinner experience with my guest went for a dinner party for my Husband! Great overall vibe from the Waiters, Bartender, restaurant owner sweet person Food was beyond delicious no complaint at all definitely will head back soon !!

For appetizers, we had the codfish cakes and the Bang bang shrimp. Both were amazing. I had oxtail, and I opted for veggies instead of rice and a side of Mac. One of my brothers had the salmon, and the other had the curry go, which was a little spicy but slapping. Drinks were on point. I am definitely, I'm gonna make another reservation soon.

We went for brunch. La’Mode has Great ambiance, attentive and friendly staff and the food/drinks are great! Deducted one star because the entree took a little long to come out…but I could tell it was freshly prepared. We’ll definitely return.

Everything about this place is amazing. The ambience is beautiful. The waitress is very nice and attentive. This was my 2nd time returning in 1 month because the food taste so good. Kids are welcomed. Steam fish, brown stew fish, salmon, chicken and fries, tacos, escovietch wings,Thai wings and Macaroni pie is sooooooo delicious. The next time I go I am going try the rest of dishes. If you want food that is well seasoned with taste, this is the place to go😋
