    Staff were pleasantly attentive and good humoured. The four of us had different meals which were well presented and tasty. In all a wonderful dining experience. Recommended it to friends already.

    The main criticism is a very limited Gluten free menu. We come regularly for coffee scones & gf biscuits but can’t always have a gf salad!!!

    Hi. L'Americano is a lovely place to have breakfast or lunch. It is a unique setting as it is next to a big Woolworths and in Coco Republic BUT the restaurant is very elegant and feels like your somewhere posh. My only complaint was the service. We were a party of 3 for a friend's birthday breakfast. One friend's food (eggs, toast, bacon - nice serving) came out right away while we waited 20 more minutes for mine and then an additional 10 minutes for my other friend who they had totally forgotten her order. So all 3 of us ate at the same table at different times which was very disappointing for a birthday breakfast. We also had 3 different waiters coming and going to our table and none of them knew what the other was doing. They were confused about our food and we were frustrated too. If the setting and food wasn't good I wouldn't recommend as the service was awful. I will try again and hope it's better.

    Both my Wife and I ordered the steak sandwich, this was probably the worst steak i have ever received at a restaurant in Australia. The steak had obviously been precooked then reheated, it was like a piece of shoe leather. The coffee was to the restaurant's normal standard, the staff were prompt to serve us and very polite, shame about the food.

    Love eating at LAmericano I have introduced my friends and family to eating there on several occasions although a little far for myself by public transport from Collaroy.

    Food was nice (as usual). But did notice there were no specials (usually are) and no side salads. Hoping this does indicate a reducing level of attention to the food because this place really is unique in the area.

    My group of 4 enjoyed a lovely meal in spite of the difficulties caused by a major power outage. The staff are very attentive.
