The music was all terrible pop covers, some jazz or another genre would have been great considering the atmosphere inside. The chicken tasted like thyme, literally, also needed to be cooked a little longer. The Parmesan truffle fries were good, and so were the loaded fries. The tables are small so be prepared to play Tetris.

Soooooooo disappointed to arrive for our reservation to find there were 70 people ahead of us. Consider removing this business from Open table. Making a reservation is NOT actually making a reservation. We had a group of 8 to celebrate a friends 55th birthday and Lamar’s failed us.

Not as we pictured. Hard to eat and drink at a little table. We had 1 drink and appetizer and left.

The overall ambiance is amazing. Inside is beautiful and super cozy. The staff is very kind, and the food and cocktails are great. However, there is no "happy hour" apparently. On the Lamar's website it states happy hour is Wednesday-Friday 6-8pm with basically half priced cocktails and food. I went the other night with my girlfriends for happy hour and was charged full price. Not a huge deal but completely defeats the purpose of happy hour.

Such a disappointment. My friends and I ordered the Sir Wiener tower and the hot dogs were cold. They’re average hot dogs nothing special whatsoever. It came with sauces and the server didn’t tell us about them. My friends ordered sodas and it took at least 15 mins to get them. And they didn’t have take out cups for them at the end. I ordered a martini and it was one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. I also ordered a caviar deviled egg and it was flavorless. Definitely not worth the money we spent.
