A friend and I went to Lala Lu for the first time mainly because the decor was so unique and different that I just had to see it for myself. I was not disappointed. It is a fun place with much to visually take in so if you are looking for an atmosphere that is a little unorthodox, you are in the right place. We were happy with the food we ordered. I had the gnocchi and scallops and it was very good and filling. Service was great and Dorice was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Happily, the dining room was quiet so I could easily converse with my friend. Prices are a little higher than others but very manageable. I would recommend for a memorable dining experience.

Last night my cousin, his wife and their friend took my wife and I out to dinner. He said pick the spot as they were staying at Carrier Circle. Today there is not much around there to choose from. But we noticed a new restaurant called LaLa Lu’s next door to the Courtyard; so we tried it. WOW. We shared appetizers and a main course. We all were very pleased with the meal, portion sizes, and the cost. LaLa Lu’s is real interesting inside. The menu’s even are lit so you can see them in low light. We will be back.

We had a very slow service, our party had 3 people, we set down at the same time as a very large group (over 10 people) and we left at the same time. I wasn’t impressed with a quality of food for the price either. Our table was always crowded with plates because dishes weren’t being picked up. Drinks were fun and tasty.

Chris was a phenomenal waiter! We were greeted instantly, drinks never empty, empty plates never sat long, the recommendations were spot on! He made it even better. Food was outstanding and the gentleman doing table side was just as awesome. Friendly staff, yummy drinks with some flare, and delicious food. Will be back!

We when a little early so not as crowded as we thought it might be. Food and service were excellent. Nick was our waiter…I had Vulcano and my wife had the Roasted Vegetable Ravioli, both excellent. Highly recommend.

Atmosphere was awesome with music and ambiance. Table side service and customer service excellent. Good and drinks absolutely delicious! A hidden gem in Syracuse.

It was a great experience! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Nick did a great job tending to our table and the gentlemen that made the Cacio de Pepe table side was personable let us know step by step what was happening. 100% would recommend!

It was horrible. I went there for my birthday. I had the lasagna and the food was semi warm and hard. I requested them to sing happy birthday. Keep in mind I had placed reservations over a month ago. All that was received was a burning candle. Over price and poor service. The only good thing I can say was the setting was beautiful.
