This was our second time here and this time Karina was our server and she was absolutely amazing! Funny, charismatic, and went above and beyond make sure we were well taken care of. She is by far the best! Food is decent. Not the best, but what you'd expect at a pool side. Ambiance varies. With times of day. Sometimes there's quite a few children. And sometimes it seems to be more adult

Muy costoso para lo que es. A pesar de uno pagar el día no incluyen nada de aperitivo o permiten llevar algo de afuera. Además no se podían mover las sillas, no se podía usar inflables en la piscina, el servicio era lento, la comida y las bebidas sobre precio y no estaban buenas. No lo recomendaría la verdad.

Disappointed :( The overall experience did not justify the price. The pool was small and overcrowded with children splashing everywhere. The music was excessively loud and stuck on a loop of outdated club tracks. Seagulls repeatedly stole fries from the neighboring beds, discouraging me from ordering food. The bathrooms were embarrassingly similar to those at a public pool, and they were so bad that I couldn't even get ready to go out in them. It was really disappointing, especially since I was celebrating a friend's birthday. I couldn't even blow dry my hair after using the pool, and the lack of privacy in the showers made it impossible to feel comfortable. The showers only had flimsy curtains, which offered little to no privacy. This was a significant letdown and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a fun and relaxing celebration. Lounge chairs were placed too close together, offering no privacy. The only redeeming quality was the friendly staff, who even handed out water without being asked. My advice to Radisson is to lower the price of a pool day pass, as the amenities do not match the current rate.

Went for a pool day with my Mom and had such an amazing time! Drinks were great and also really enjoyed the power bowl - all of the ingredients were super fresh. Karina served us and was extremely hospitable and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

Well the food and beverage manager had an attitude from the get-go and then Bobby riding one to the supervisor of the Radisson. This guy was like Steely rude and like not helpful for the supervisor of a food and beverage so yeah, I’m gonna write something else, but he was not somebody I would ever ever ever ever ever interact again

Love coming here, we come several times every season. The views and pool are amazing, the staff is wonderful. I would just caution for this year, they have made some changes. They noted that they are not putting out any umbrellas this year. So there is NO shade. No shade for the loungers, or tables to eat, etc. There are three cabana esque lathe loungers which have an awning, however it’s right under the speakers. Something to keep in mind if you can’t stay out in the sun or are bringing family (kids, seniors). Everything else is wonderful.

Nice spot but people shouldn't be allowed to be throwing balls back and forth in the pool. This prevented me from going in. It should be a nice quiet respite from the city not another frantic situation.
