One of the most iconic lobby lounges in the Canadian Rockies, the Lakeview Lounge offers a charming and elegant setting to sip on a sophisticated cocktail or an illustrious wine.

In addition to an extensive cocktail and wine selection, seasonally inspired lunch and dinner menus are available.
During the summer months, soak up the fresh mountain air and surrounding beauty from one of the most scenic patios in the Canadian Rockies. Please note that priority seating is given to registered in-house guests.

Gorgeous location worth the drive. We were here March 26th. Great food & service with beautiful views. Great self parking that connects to the lobby.

Dining at Lakeview Lounge was an unforgettable experience. The stunning view of Lake Louise, framed by majestic mountains, created the perfect backdrop. Service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and professional. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, making every bite a delight. I recommend the Cottage Elk Pie! If you’re visiting Lake Louise, this restaurant is a must for its breathtaking scenery, outstanding service, and exceptional cuisine.

Came to Lakeview for lunch with my daughter from Canmore. Wanted to see the views and have a beautiful lunch. Steak was outstanding, cocktail selection was great, and both the ambiance and service were perfection. Thank you so much for having us!

Excellent service. Beautiful scenery. Order the approl spritz sorbet. Not on the menu, so ask for it. Amazing!

Expérience mémorable. Service impeccable de Gabriella qui parlait français à notre grand plaisir ! Ambiance posée, vue sublime… on ne pouvait pas avoir mieux pour notre anniversaire de mariage!

So problem started with parking our car. Valet wanted $55 to park our car for dinner or garage self park for $40 or an open visitor lot with no lights by car nor on a slippery snow covered path with no signs directing you to the restaurant. Our server was polite but the restaurant was short staffed and since we were in the lounge for non hotel guests, service was very slow. The main dishes, pasta special came to the table with the server announcing very hot plates which means they were sitting under heat lamps. My friend and I ordered the same dish but we got 2 very different dishes. My pasta have a huge amount of sauce on it and my friend's pasta dish was dry of sauce. I'm sure if you are a Fairmont guest, your experience would be very different !

The food and ambiance were good, although the service wasn't quite up to standard. After the meals were brought, they didn't come back to check on us until we were halfway finished eating. That's a long time, especially as we needed some salt, and the food would have been better if they'd come around to see if we needed anything earlier. When our glasses were empty, they didn't notice. Likely could have sold us one more drink if they'd bothered to collect the empty glasses. Also, when we were finished eating, we sat with the empty plates for about 20 minutes before anyone came to clear them. Not quite what you expect of fine dining. The restaurant was less than half full, and the staff were not over stressed. Bit of a shame. But overall a decent experience.
