This was our 4th visit during the past 3 months. However, the lack of consistency, that characterises so many restaurants in the Central Coast, has marred our experience. At first, our impression was great: a nice restaurant with solid food, high quality ingredients and matching service, but now is mediocre at best.
- Pizza was still good
- Rocket & pear salad: small portion of leaves scattered with negligible amount of grated cheese, a few walnut shreds and occasional thin fruit slices, for the audacious price of 20$
- Chicken Parmi 'Classico' was no better than your local pub. Instead of potato wedges, as stated on the menu, we found extra salty, industrial french fries + a few more rocket leaves. No trace of a proper salad.
- Gelato quality was the level of an average supermarket ice cream.
The waiting staff did their best, but it seems as if this establishment needs to revise their game plan. Please do, because it is so difficult to find a decent place to eat-out around here!

Thanks for the feedback. This is still a relatively new operation and we definitely have improvement areas and consistency is one of those, given new hires, staff rotation etc. Our exec chef has received the feedback about the rocket and pear, clearly our mistake there. Regarding our chicken parmi and contrary to pubs, we use free range chicken (not frozen), cut and crumbed in house. Topped with mild Italian provolone and slow cooked Venere tomato sauce. Actually since we started, this is the first time we get a bad review about our Parmi, therefore I assume this could be another execution mistake. My apologies. Lastly, our gelato is supplied by Martino Piccolo from Art of Gelato. Not ice cream, not supermarket grade. Glad you liked the pizzas. Cheers
