Cute atmosphere and decor. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. Just a sign posted at front to be seated and order at counter. Felt very ignored. We have always wanted to try this place and we were disappointed. The servers tried to do their best. Tables were dirty and leaves everywhere and trees very over grown. The food was not good. The Cobb salad was made with all shredded lettuce and the bacon and chicken were so dry and practically inedible. Iced mocha Coffee was the only thing we liked.

First of all- this place is CUTE AF! It’s like being in wonderland! It’s so pretty! The food was amazing. I had the BLAT sandwich- bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato on sourdough- it was so so so yummy. I can’t stop thinking about it! Our table also got the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes and they were so fluffy and delicious! The only thing about this place is that it is all outdoors. The day we went was pretty hot- and even though we were mostly in shade, the sun still beat down pretty hard and I found myself sweating more than I’d expect! There are fans but they only went one direction so one half of the table was fine. The other thing was the music- we were *right next to* the speaker so it probably wasn’t as loud for other tables but at one point, we were yelling at each other to speak! Lastly- the service. Our servers were amazing- super knowledgeable about the menu and just the right amount of attentive. They had run out of a couple things but were able to make amazing recommendations! All in all, I really enjoyed this place and will be back!!!!

Unfortunately, chairs were broken, cups were dirty, food unseasoned and drinks were not good. The staff inside were super rude when we couldnt find the hostess who was not at her station and then she couldn't find our reservation which I tried to show on opentable but there was no internet. We felt really bad for the server as all these other issues were not his fault and he did his best considering

Lots of heaters for a cold night. Delicious specials (salmon and flatiron), accommodating staff.

Booked a reservation but they said that was only a temporary service being provided and they are only doing first come first serve now. So we had to wait. We wanted to sit outside in the greenhouse but we were starving and decided to take their offer to sit elsewhere. Service was slow and our waiter never came back to check on us and see if we needed anything. However, he was in a rush to ask if we wanted our check which I thought was rude. Pictures make this place look better than what it actually is. Food was only okay.

I had a very unfortunate experience here for Valentines day. The weeks leading up to the holiday, I reached out via Instagram dm inquiring about possible reservations, I recieved no response so I messaged again and the response was to email them (it did not include WHERE to email them) so I searched the website and found the email and did what I was told. I recieved no response for days and I followed up *again* and after a few more days I recieved a response of just the email link, nothing else (I guess I was expecting more/better communication 🙃) I made the reservation and when my husband and I arrived, we were greeted with tons of people waiting outside, there were two lines, one for non reservations and one for reservations. The reservation line was an hour+ wait. What was the point of making a reservation if we still had to wait and why was this not communicated? Lastly the hostess was incredibly unprofessional, she seemed incredibly stressed out and thus was not very friendly or helpful to us. She even described the day and I quote "a total sh*t show". We ended up canceling and going elsewhere, I really hope the service isn't always like this, the communication was just so terrible and unprofessional

What a lovely experience in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Service was excellent and ambiance was quaint and charming. Simple menu but good. Definitely coming back with friends and out of town guests!
