Food and service were good. I think they should plant more flowers and make use of the outside bar it would really liven up the place

We go to Laduree once a year, since their opening. We only go for the outdoor garden and how peaceful and comfortable it is to be there. We do not go for the food anymore. Laduree quality of food and pastries are going down by the year and so is the menu. Streamlined food menu and desert menu with undesirable taste. Service is far from being even standard so I won't elaborate because it's sad. I think this was the last time we would go there and I do not recommend making a reservation. Go somewhere else, you'll get better quality food and service.

We waited a while for a waiter to attend to us, had to ask for water. Presentation of food was nice. Taste of food, not so great. Tea was overpriced! Food overall, was overpriced for the value.

Our server Dominick was amazing and the avocado 🥑 toast with smoked salmon was delish. The smoked salmon melted in your mouth. The entire staff was very nice and attentive.

Very creaky chairs, mediocre service, dirty floors, but the food was decent. My 13 year old daughter and I spent $210 here for a brunch. Would I come here again? Maybe, but only for a special occasion or if I'm really craving their sweets.

No alcohol as this time; only $17 Mocktails. Their liquor license is being renewed, supposedly, because of new ownership. Very small abbreviated menu: they no longer have their delicious quiche Lorraine. That being said, it’s still a lovely place , pleasant service and a few good pastries. There are fewer pastries, too. Check the menu before you go to bed sure they have what you want. I really hope this is temporary since I love this place.

We were beyond disappointed with our experience. While the macaroons were a 5, everything else was bland, not well cooked and overpriced. One member of our party ordered a salad that had an option of adding on chicken or salmon. She opted for the chicken and it came on a plate separately. Not seasoned. Beyond strange. It was our fault that we didn’t realize that the restaurant does not have a liquor license. We plan to go for champagne tea, so we were disappointed by that. The service was inattentive, and when we asked for recommendations, the waitress had none to give. She said to just order what we liked. We opted to sit inside because it was incredibly humid out. The room was beautiful, and we had a lovely view of the back garden. Beyond this, the whole experience was underwhelming to say the least.

Disappointing experience. Lackluster service and below average afternoon tea service. It’s a poor representation of the Laduree brand. Could do so much better!

Food and ambience is always great. Really enjoyed having our party there. Restaurant seems a bit understaffed but the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and the kids all enjoyed the afternoon tea selection.

The food was very good, lobster salad, tea sandwiches, club sandwich. Limited dessert offerings compared to other Ladurées.
