No one greeted us upon arrival. Took too long for a server to arrive. He did not at all seem interested in his job. Had to ask twice for milk. No towels in bathroom and waste basket was overflowing. Compared to the other Ladurees I have been to, this one was subpar.

There is no menu anymore, just few brunch options that we didn’t like. No more cocktails or alcohol neither

I am so disappointed. This was a go-to place for me to meet friends for brunch/lunch. It was always wonderful so how upsetting it was to have poor service, food that was mediocre at best, and higher prices. The croissants were not fresh; the yogurt and granola tasted off; and our waitress disappeared and only came back when we finally had another waiter bring more drinks and we asked for a check. Also, the dining room was empty and when I asked to be seated at a table that was more comfortable I was told no....the tables remained empty the entire time we were there!

Beautiful outside area but no longer have liquor license. Special occassion cheers could not happen. People coming & then immediately leaving. We Sat next to water station. Have loved this location but now needs a refresh & some excitement. Was a let down. My salad had zero flavor but burger was good.

Not worth the price in any way whatsoever. Portions are laughably small. During my teatime session my friend and I were only give 1 cup and had to ask for another. Halfway through our reservation, we were asked if our table could be moved 15 feet away from its original spot. The chairs are annoyingly loud and rusty. Just overall not the bougie experience it paints itself out to be. You can get better food, better priced, better portions at Prince tea house. Wish I went there instead :)

The staff is very nice but we got our food before our drinks. The food was fine but nothing exciting. The setting is really lovely!

They recently stopped serving dinner and cocktails. And they also cut down the menu a lot. So sad!

Pastries and food were great but the service could have been better. Think there was a bit of confusion but they should have clarified instead of ordering for us. Also difficulty getting the food out as we had to wait a bit for the food and for dressing to come with salad after waiting for the food. Need to be more attentive if anything is needed but would go back again.

This is such a nice relaxing spot in the middle of soho. The garden makes for such amazing dining. The meal was excellent and the service outstanding. Ladurée ´s staff is so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend !

Love the macarons here. They’re iconic. The service was wonderful. I was very disappointed in lunch at though. The food was subpar. Not the quality I would have expected.
