Located in the Historic Pearl, Ladino is a modern Mediterranean grill house celebrating all the cultures and cuisines of the Mediterranean region. Ladino features fresh-made pita from a wood-burning oven, an abundance of dips and small plates, and entrees from the 'mangal' - regional specialties cooked on a live-fire, charcoal grill. Desserts are inspired by the sweet and savory staples of the region with a modern touch, and the beverage program highlights the area's wines and spirits.

The time it took for us to get noticed after sitting was about 20 min. Our drinks took another 10. We ordered dessert and 2 appetizers. The food was amazing and the drinks were excellent. No doubt everything else was probably great. However, the service was terrible. From beginning til we got our check it was over 2 hours. Entirely too long for 2 appetizers and a dessert. Again, the food was fabulous, unfortunately if we’re on a time constraint we won’t be going there again.

Nice place. Food was not the best. Good flavor but I have had better food for the exorbitant price they charged for the very small portioned 5 course meal. And the duck was served cold. The decor is nice and the wait staff was amazing. But I don’t think we will ever eat here again.

While I was expecting the menu to be very interesting and unusual I did not realize what small portions for $100 a person. However I’m keeping in mind that each dish was prepared fresh at the time you order every vegetable was fresh ,you could tell it had just been chopped or sautéed , and the spices were very different from anything you would find here in San Antonio. So I think keeping those things in mind it was an excellent experience.

Amazing amazing food. We were there for the Valentines menu and it was delicious. Pricey, yes, but worth it.

What a great experience this is-always! Upstairs bar and happy hour drinks and food-perfect start to our night, followed by exceptional service and food for dinner downstairs! Delicious twist to authentic Turkish food (coming from a real Turk)! Looking forward to coming back next year when we are in town again!

Overall Great experience. Food presentation excellent and very tasty dishes. We enjoyed ordering alacarte better than their suggested price fixe menu option.

Dinner is amazing but just went for their new brunch and it was phenomenal!! Will be back with my husband, so delicious and fresh!

This was our second time visiting. Just as good as the first. Great food, and drinks, and located in a beautiful building in the Pearl . We love this place, order multiple dishes and definitely share! We got the Hummus, and Tirshi to start! Soooo good. They have a lot of gluten free options, and we are also dairy free, and they accommodated without a hitch!!! Highly suggest you treat yourselves. We both got our own order of the Shrimp. Holy cow! Best shrimp ever.
