Located in the Historic Pearl, Ladino is a modern Mediterranean grill house celebrating all the cultures and cuisines of the Mediterranean region. Ladino features fresh-made pita from a wood-burning oven, an abundance of dips and small plates, and entrees from the 'mangal' - regional specialties cooked on a live-fire, charcoal grill. We had a beautiful experience dining, the Mediterranean cuisine was flavorful. The ambience was trendy and enjoyed the world music while we dined. Enjoyed ending by drinking Turkish coffee, wonderful!

Debbie was very accommodating to our needs, excellent service. The noise level was deafening, but I'm not sure how this can be changed.

my experience at Ladino is always consistent. The staff is highly professional. The cuisine is divine. You leave Ladino with a sense of satiation and joy.

This is a one-of-a-kind mediterranean restaurant displaying dishes that you find anywhere else in San Antonio. Service reinforces the sine qua non status of a meal here as everyone from maitr'd to waiters and waitresses shows high motivation in their job. All this, against a backdrop of a modern restaurant design with air conditioning as a strong as the southwest climate makes for a memorable experience and a wish to return. Especially recommended: Kibbeh Nayeh, Mahshi, Shishbarak, Saganski.

This was a birthday dinner and did not disappoint. Loved the feta, hummus, sourdough pita and lamb dumplings. Super attentive and friendly service. We enjoyed the lamb belly ribs but the rub was a bit thick (the yogurt and greens served with them helped to cut it). Got the harissa shrimp as well. Many were perfectly cooked but others were so overdone it was difficult to pull them out of their shell. The hazelnut chocolate cherry dessert was delicious and they even provided a candle for the birthday girl. Had some wine from Greece and Georgia (the country) that paired well - server made good recommendations. Thank you!

Tried chic pea hummus, sefron chicken and something dumplings. Well done on each. Wanted the $60 inclusive meal but has min of two folks to order.
