Everything was great. We like dining outside so requested patio seating. It was very noisy and difficult to carry on a conversation. May try inside next visit or request a table along the railing. However it seemed like most of those tables were high tops.

Server had way too many tables and was not able to be attentive to us. That is not her fault. Definitely seemed understaffed and walk ins kept getting seat before my party that had a reservation so we got stuck in a high top with elderly and a child. Then was asked to give up our seats because the host sat another party behind us and did not realize the table was missing a seat. Also was not given place settings for our child and birthday girl never got to order a birthday drink. The sangria we did order was way too spicy and lacked presentation.

I'm a long standing customer & will continue to be. Consistently great food / (thin pizza), great vibe, very accommodating staff. Thanx Rich for all of that.

I want to like this place but they just can’t get out of there own way. Always a wait - no matter if you have a reservation or not. Server was nice but service was incredibly slow. Reservation time till food on the table was over 90 minutes and this was lunch.

Food was good. Service was adequate but it was obvious server was very overworked. She was good but spread too thin. Another server or two would have been helpful to her and customers.

First time having brunch and was pleasantly surprised. Only (sort of) disappointment was no juice on the menu which I like to have with breakfast (as well as coffee). They also happened to be out of the berry bowls which would've made a nice side, but there was plenty to eat and everything was very good so it all worked out in the end. I'd add OJ and mimosas to the menu and you have a winner.

Every now and then we fail. Slow night, slow service, I asked if chef could make prosciutto wrapped chicken, was told no without asking chef. Ordered 2.0 burger w white cheddar, arrived w beer cheese, sent back, eventually sent out right burger. Usually when I fail, I make an offer; dessert, comp part of meal, etc. We all fail, and after almost all A+’s, this was a D+. Deb and Doreen were sweet thru it all.

Lovely outdoor patio. Our server said she was new to serving, but with labriola for 15 years. She was very attentive and will be great. Disappointed I didn’t get my loyalty rewards

Have been eating at LABRIOLA since they opened and have never had a bad meal ever. Our Server this was her first day and she was very friendly and gave us recommendations for drinks and food that were spot on. We went to a Saturday brunch.
