    Excellent dinner and excellent service from Andi and Alphonso. Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking the pond. Love Labriola Ristorante!

    Went to LaBarra on Labor Day. Had a reservation which wasn't honored...waited 35 minutes for table on patio which was requested in reservation. Restaurant was severely UNDERSTAFFED! Waited 15 minutes for waiter to come to our table and had to flag waiter down every time we needed anything. Other customers were getting their own drinks at the bar while seated at their table because their waiter was taking so long to return. Another table ran after the waiter to pay the bill because their waiter didn't return and they wanted to leave. If the restaurant is going to advertise on social media BOGO pizza then you need to sufficiently staff the restaurant for the anticipated response. I don't blame the wait staff. I blame LaBarra's Management who failed to adequately staff the restaurant.

    When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the greeter, a very pleasant lady. We were seated at a high table, which we were quite pleased with. Our server, Gina, was friendly but there was an odd situation with our wine. She served it in goblet cups, while all the other guests had proper wine glasses with stems. This immediately made us feel singled out. When we asked about it, Gina mentioned that they use goblet cups when they run short on wine glasses, yet every guest who arrived after us was served wine in the standard glasses. We don’t want to make a big deal out of it, but we dine out frequently and have never experienced such a discrepancy in service. The only reason we chose to dine here was because my husband remembered liking their deep dish pizza from a few years back.
