Mitsunobu Nagae, un ancien élève de Joël Robuchon, associe ses origines japonaises à la cuisine française dans cet établissement prestigieux de Tribeca, étoilé par le guide Michelin. Vous pourrez donc découvrir des plats comme la crème brûlée de foie gras farcie aux agrumes ou le poisson-papillon japonais mariné au miso et accompagné de jeunes pousses d'artichaut dans le menu de dégustation de saison, ou choisir parmi les options à la carte au bar.
