Overall, they had really good food that was seasonal. The staff was attentive, and we did not have to wait long. I would recommend always getting reservations because sometimes they do not accept walk-ins.

Love love love this location. Gorgeous ambiance and desert ( chocolate mousse with caramel) was to die for. Tomatoe soup v good too. Not a fan of salads or fungi pizza. Sorry. Will be back and hope to give 5 stars

La Volata has the best Italian food we have found in the Inland Empire. The pizza is freshly made and very good (American style, as typically served in the USA, not Italy), the pesto is excellent, and the overall quality as well as service is outstanding. Is it the best Italian food in the USA? Probably not as I can mention other places that have various high quality real Italian cuisine, but NONE of these are in the Inland Empire and all require a minimum of a multi-hour drive or are not in southern California.

LaVolata is our favorite go-to getaway restaurant in Redlands. Excellent staff, delicious food with none of the downtown brewery noise.

We love this place: but our orders came out at different times and we couldn’t all eat together. There is no point in telling them a special occasion they dont acknowledge it. Pizza is great!

Our server was fabulous. She dealt with a five year old and 15 month old (both boys), and all of our requests with truly amazing grace. Also, the summer vedura pizza is truly amazing.. Taste it before it’s gone!

We like dining at the bar as the young lady bartender/server is superb. Super knowledgeable about the latest dishes! This is not just a Pizzeria. You have a fabulous gourmet chef who can prepare superb meals from around the world!
