La Viola - West offers an authentic Italian dining experience. An excellent place for date night, it has decor that includes wood furnishings, crisp linens, and soft, romantic lighting. The menu at La Viola - West includes a variety of pasta along with grilled and roasted meats such as veal, chicken, and fresh fish.

An array of desserts, hot coffees, and sodas are available to order with your meal at La Viola - West. However, no alcohol is served, although you are welcome to bring your own bottle with you. My wife and I enjoy dining at Philadelphia's top restaurants, and La Viola West has been at the top of our list for years. The menu's items are creative and prepared by gourmet chefs with exquisitely delicious taste. The table service is second to none with very personable, knowledgeable waiters who pay attention to their diners. The place is welcoming and makes its customers feel special.

Same as it ever was - except that they now offer more options. Just be careful: The specials can really jack up the tab.

We come in once a year to rittenhouse and always go to viola. From Dominick greeting us to an attentive wait staff we are always made to feel like we are at home. The home made pasta is delicious and the desserts are plentiful. Would highly recommend.

The restaurant gave a real Italian home feeling. The specials were all hand made and fresh. Delicious food and wonderful staff

Everything was perfect! Meeting the owner upon our arrival he greeted my parents and they hit it off instantly. They were very welcoming and accommodating to our party of 12 who included some that were a bit later than others and it never seemed to bother the staff one bit. Honestly, a great place with great food and we can’t wait to go back.
