At La Viña we are passionate about our home-cooked Spanish cuisine, prepared for you by our team of experienced chefs from all regions of Spain. We also offer an extensive range of Spanish Wines, Sherries and Cavas to compliment your meal.

This fantastic venue is situated is situated in the heart of Deansgate, just 2 minutes walk from the city centre, theatres and bars.

Just above average. Service was slow had to ask the waiter a few times for different things - menu, dessert menu. Appeared under staffed. Toilets needed cleaning.

We were met by a rather unhelpful greeter who didn’t make us feel at all welcome. We had arrived early and asked if we could eat earlier and were told no. The restaurant was so cold and the service was extremely slow.Two other tables nearby commented on how cold it was too. The food was ok, nothing special. Wine was overpriced. Happy to eat our food and leave. Certainly wouldn’t recommend for a visit. Really disappointed as we had been recommended to visit while we were down in Manchester.

The restaurant on the ground floor was freezing I know there is a lot of glass windows but still very cold which made the food go cold quickly. Poor quality food felt like some had been microwaved will not return

Excellent visit this evening with excellent food, service and staff !! Birthday meal for 7 ladies with complimentary fizz - lovely staff with 1st class tapas - enjoyable visit

Everything was fine. Service was a bit slow considering we were the only people in there at the beginning and the eggs were overcooked and I think the potatoes were old. Overall I don’t think it should be a brunch place.

Tapas at La Viña were disappointing, only slightly resembling those you might get in actual Spain. The croquettes were small, flavourless, sticky and grey. The patas bravas were ok, but not very tasty and the calamari rather chewy and flavourless. The boquerones were fine, as were padrón peppers but they don’t involve much actual cooking. The service was fine, friendly and efficient and the ambience was good too. Wouldn’t go again.
