It was lovely. Would have preferred a different position of table. Somewhere a little more cozy - we were near the bar and 5 of us

Time for drinks and food to arrive was pretty long, hour and a half for the mains, drinks over half an hour. There was a speaker right next to our table blasting beach club type music, not very Italian, it was the same song for over 2 hours. Made the booking with a note stating it was a birthday, we were only asked if it was a special occasion after we paid when leaving. Food was nice, just a shame on the speed of service.

A very enjoyable evening. Will use this venue for special occasions .A little bit pricey to be a weekly treat. I had the Scollops to start they were perfectly cooked and presented and the portion size was just right for a starter. Would definitely recommend Villa Verde.

one of the staff members was really nice, i cant remember her name but she was lovely, the food was great, timings were good.

We were staying in the splash hotel at alton towers and the food there wasn't very nice so we looked around and we found this place was lovely service excellent food for a us as a family members of staff very polite 😀 would definitely be going back when are next trip to Alton towers 😀

We booked a table here for my birthday after hearing great reviews. We were disappointed that we didn’t have the same experience as others reported. When we went to order I asked the waiter what the vegetables of the day were as described in the menu and he hadn’t got a clue. Another member of the table shared their order and he then proceeded to say that they didn’t have any left. Having been a waitress for many years previously if there was certain dishes no longer available then you share that with the customers prior to them browsing the menu. We placed our order and then he came back to say there wasn’t enough dough for our order, so we had to change the order again. Once we had the meal the waiter hovered throughout our meal which felt uncomfortable. Some of the meals were very good however overall this was not the case. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the experience and will unlikely return.

Another fantastic evening, everything was excellent. I had friends over from Sheffield so it was their first time, they were very impressed with with the food.

Good menu choice, staff were efficient without being obtrusive, wines and beer choices were good too( none alcoholic beer was available by the bottle and was as tasty as the draught beer) Good value for money.

Service for drinks to start was slow, did improve. My partners pizza was covered in oil and soggy it made him really poorly the next day.
