Another wonderful meal at La Vela. The staff is attentive, the food is amazing. Our favorite restaurant in Solomons.

All of the food was delicious. It was the best meal we had in Solomon’s. We had the meatball, fettuccine bolognese and gnocchi with meat sauce. The bread was very good, especially the garlic crostini that came with the meatball. It was extremely loud there, people beside us were yelling at each other (even before alcohol), but we had the most private table we could get. Considering we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, the noise level was distracting, but the food, view and non hurried service were all very nice.

LaVela restaurant is always excellent. Food is good service is great and very comfortable seating. Only issue are the steps for many older prople and I believe restrooms are downstairs. Never disappointed

Beautiful location overlooking the pier. Wonderful service. Food was delicious. Only thing to critique would be stronger fans to keep the patio cool on a hot summer evening. Otherwise we enjoyed our evening

We had a great first dining experience here for a weekend lunch, delicious fettuccine cinghiale and nice cocktails. Beautiful view from the outdoor seating area. Unfortunately they had run out of the lobster ravioli, but we would love to return to this restaurant to try more of their menu!

I had the Cioppino and it was outstanding. Matty, our waitress provided great service as well. This place never disappoints.

View is great, food was good , service was rushed and the plastic drink cup (vodka) was very tacky. We ate outside so the noise level was good however inside was unbearable.
