    The place was packed which was a good sign, the atmosphere was more on the darker side but intimate so it would be nice for a date, the food was glorious, the chilli oil was actually very spicy and that's coming from someone that can handle their spice, the appetizers were on the smaller side but delicious. Would go back again for the pasta!

    We came to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. Kevin our service was absolutely wonderful. The food, service and atmosphere was incredible From the moment we entered we were taken care of as if we were family. Also a big shout out to not only Kevin but the entire staff. From The gentleman who welcomed us and the owner, to the other servers made sure my elderly mother who joined us was take care ofThank you.

    One of the best and longest running restaraunts in Toronto. Understated , nice vibe with consistent high quality dishes, great menu. Staff and atmosphere are amazing. Signature dishes Gnocchi ai 4 Formaggi best anywhere and Diano Marina perfection. Cute patio.

    Good choice of Italian wines. The food was enjoyable, and so was the service. There was a good selection of classic dishes and also a twist on other dishes. All around, a good choice.

    Outstanding experience! Food was incredible and so much variety to choose from. They accommodated a large party in short notice and treated us with care, patience and lots of attention

    This is one of my favorite restaurants in Toronto - the food is consistently top notch and the service is fabulous - whenever I am in the city I eat here - it’s a little north of downtown(near Eglington Station) but worth the short subway ride…..see you again in November.

    Our waiter was magnificent, as are all the staff. Kind and helpful; very friendly. We feel as though we're going home when we treat ourselves to lunch at this warm, cosy restaurant. I can always count on informed assistance in ordering the right wine to accompany a meal and have never eaten anything at LaVecchia Uptown that wasn't delicious. Having said that I must underscore the importance of their delightful staff. These people are true gems whom I always look forward to engaging with.
