Pizza itself was delicious. Our waitress was lovely. Aside from this, our experience was appalling. The service was indescribably slow - our pizzas took over 1.5 hours to be served from the point of ordering (we didn’t have starters). Tables around us, that sat down after us, had a starter, main & had left, whilst we continued to wait for our food. During the 3 hours we were at the restaurant, we were offered drinks twice & had to request our water glasses to be filled several times. Due to the wait, our waitress did offer us complimentary deserts to try however, by this point we just wanted to leave. Our reservation was booked for 19:15 & we left the restaurant at 22:20 having had 2 drinks & a pizza. Our experience was not what we expected from an establishment like the Four Seasons.

The pizzas were very good but the service was a major letdown. We had to look for someone every time we wanted to order something…and even then we had to chase up our initial water order as only the sparkling bottle had been brought and not the still. By the time the pizzas arrived no-one had cleared away our starter plates even though we had finished some time before. It fell a long way short of what should be Four Seasons standards.

Absolutely a lovely experience. Food was fabulous. Staff could be more attentive. Thank you for a wonderful meal

Food really good , service good , just a lot of children running around , but was expected . Waitress was really good , she was Italian We asked where she came from, she said Florence ,which we are visiting in a few weeks so gave us recommendations .

Terrible! We waited over 30mins just to be served our drinks. We ordered 3 starters between the 4 of us, our waiter didn’t write it down as he thought he could memorise it, clearly not! We received 1 out of the 3 starters, when asked where were the other 2? He replied, ‘oh I forgot, Im sorry!’. We then waited a very long time to our mains,over an hour! When ordering dessert, our 2 children wanted to share the nutella pizza, however, as our food took so long to arrive, by the time we ordered dessert, the ovens were off as it was end of service so no nutella pizza! When it came to paying, I had £70 spa food voucher which should have been deducted from our bill. 45/50mins of going back and forth, our waiter did not understand we wanted to use our voucher to pay part of our bill. Fed up, spoke to the manager and under 5mins she understood what we wanted to do and payment was made, done and dusted! She even said the wsiter had been working with us for several years now and he should be very familiar with this process. Shocking and service was beyond poor. Would not go to this restuarant again! Not good enough for the Four Seasons!
