    Food was good but will never go back again. Never heard of an Italian restaurant that doesn’t serve a free bread appetizer.

    Everyone enjoyed their food, service was excellent. I had grouper piccata, it was fantastic. We will go back.

    A hidden gem. The food is great, coffee amazing and we enjoyed breakfast there so just an overall wonderful experience

    Service and food were very good. Bill, our food server ( waiter ) was great and very personable. Receptionist was nice on greeting us as well.

    Careful what you order! we've been visiting Marco Island several time a year since 2017. When we choose an Italian restaurant we've always dined at DaVincis. We had heard about La Tavola from friends and decided to give it a try on our most recent visit several days ago. We arrived early and navigated our way through a bustling, over packed, bar/lounge. It took a while to get served at the bar, (standing room only), where many "locals got preferential treatment". Drinks were decent, Entertainment ( singing trio), we think was quite good was nearly drowned out by the bar noise. We were seated early and had a pleasant server. We ordered drinks that when served where smaller than what we received in the bar/lounge. we were underwhelmed, and disappointed by the $11 'bread is life' . Many Italian restaurants where we've dined provide similar sides that are complimentary. The three onion soup looked delicious but was bland this evening. The chicken Milanese was very good. Veal Marsala was included on the main menu. My wife does not eat veal and we asked if we could substitute chicken for veal. Our sever was doubtful but checked with the kitchen and let us know that it would be possible. When our check arrived I noticed that the Veal Marsala was included on our check. I told our server that there appeared to be a mistake. (Most every restaurant We've ever dined in offer a choice between chicken and veal marsala on their menu where the Chicken dish is significantly less than the veal, and those restaurants that don't offer a choice provide a price adjustment) She explained that there was no mistake and since our choice was a 'special order' the price would remain the same. She told us she would double check with the chef to make sure. Why check with the chef on pricing I have no idea. A few minutes later our server walked by smiled at us and said nothing to us. We paid the bill and left. We probably will not return.

    Went with my sisters to celebrate a birthday. Bill was our waiter and was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be going back
