La Strega is Las Vegas’ premiere Italian eatery nestled in the affluent community of Summerlin where James Beard nominated Chef Partner, Gina Marinelli ignites an authentic Italian cultural rejuvenation by inspiring exploration of the traditions of flavorful, fresh and innovative Italian cuisine with her modern, farm-to-table regionally-based dishes.

Translating to “witch” in Italian, La Strega’s sophisticated yet playful atmosphere bewitchingly transports guests to Italy immediately upon arrival. Greens, clays, and earth tones make up its color palette, while full moon-shaped bulbs on brass chandeliers illuminate the space. The restaurant’s artistic centerpiece is a one‐of‐a‐kind mural that spans multiple walls throughout the restaurant, telling the story of the witches of Benevento which inspired the genesis of La Strega, a tale best told by the head Strega herself, Chef Gina Marinelli.

    Great meal, quality service, very clean, cute place….we were a little close to other tables but it’s a smaller restaurant.

    Highly recommend visiting this restaurant. First time going last night and it definitely did not disappoint. The service was awesome. Both the waiter and the various other staff that stopped by to make sure our meal was going well, drinks were filled, etc were very friendly, attentive, and came by enough times to check on us without feeling overbearing. The food was amazing as well. You can tell that they pride themselves on presentation as well as quality/quantity. Our server was very knowledgeable on what to recommend and what paired well with each dish. Only negative was that everything was so good I forgot to take photos! Will be back soon though to try other things on their menu. I recommend the orecchiette or the stracci if you are in the mood for some pasta!

    We had the BEST AND MOST DELICIOUS skirts steak…Ever! So juicy, tender and perfectly cooked. The staff as USUAL is so friendly and caring. This is a great place for dinner!! Absolutely!!

    Our server (Tevin) was fantastic recommended a few things & I ordered my entree based off his recommendation and it did not disappoint. We ordered the bread service to start and I personally that was over rated and over priced it was $9 dollars for focaccia and whipped butter that was fairly bland. Other than that the food was absolutely fantastic. Very packed and very loud

    La Strega is by far the finest modern Italian west of the strip. The pasta is homemade and the drinks are to die for. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend !!

    OMG the tasting menu🙌🙌🙌. I’ve dined here many times and have always had a spectacular experience ( food, ambience & service) but last night WAS THE BEST. The new tasting menu was absolutely delicious!!! Thank you for adding this to your menu. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

    Entrees excellent. Salad too, too acidic but greens very fresh. Red wines half bottles (2) not available. Staff very friendly, courteous, sometimes slow, sometimes overdone. Focaccia too heavy, condiments very nice. Deserts enticing but have had better. Manager repeatedly visited, very professional, warm and sincere. A quiet evening, a quiet room. Main dining room too cold last visit but staff more on top of game and food quality better. Will visit again, but not as hopeful as this occasion.

    They have my favorite: Cacio e Pepe. So yummy. The service is almost as great as the food. We love this place!!
