The culinary approach highlights the light and vibrant cuisine of Provence with a focus on native techniques and ingredients and lighter plays on the dishes of the French-Mediterranean landscape. Fresh vegetable, seafood, and all-natural Black Angus beef preparations will be finished at the kitchen’s hardwood charcoal hearth, providing dishes with incredible wood and charcoal flavors that elevate each ingredient without the need for heavy sauces or seasonings.

Service was prompt in the beginning. We got our drinks and they were delicious. Our complimentary bread was over balled and hard to cut into. 1st appetizer was tasty but found a large crab shell in our crab croquette, by the 2nd (eggplant fritters) it was so over fried the breading was burnt and that’s all you could taste. At this part in the meal it didn’t matter how we respond as the meal pushed on so fast. At this time, the lights went out in the private dining area and we sat in the dark for a bit. Once our main dish arrived, we could not finish an asked for a box, the busser took our food dish and placed in on stack of dirty dishes to wrap it up. That was disgusting then after responding to waiter no to dessert, he said I’ll bring check. Didn’t even ask for another round of drink which we would have done. Upon leaving, we used the restroom and lights went out again and if it wasn’t for candle light we would have gone to the bathroom on the dark. I pups maybe go back for cocktails only but nothing else for the price they were charging.

The decor of the restaurant was beautiful but the food itself was underwhelming to say the least. In addition, the service was not the best. Aggressive busser at every bite, I just don’t appreciate getting the entire table cleaned up when the whole party hasn’t finished the meal.

Was really looking forward to my meal here but came away somewhat disappointed. The tuna crudo, salads, mushroom side, and apple tart were all amazing. Everyone's steaks came out overcooked from what was ordered. Sent one back because it was medium well when I asked for medium rare. Took another 20 mins to come out, so I had to watch my companions eat their meals while I waited. Server was apologetic but nothing was offered for the inconvenience, not even a comped dessert. Food is also tremendously overpriced for what it is, especially considering all of our stakes came out cooked one or two temperatures more done than ordered. Restaurant also needs some sound dampening materials on the walls and ceiling, as it was near impossible to hold a conversation at your table and hear anything, and it's even harder to hear the waitstaff. Overall, a very disappointing experience for the price and hype, and unlikely to return.

Drinks were good. Overall the food was great as well. The mussels were amazing! Will definitely be back for those again.

Lovely space and excellent food. We had the crab croquettes, scallops, radiatorre, and french toast. Would definitely return!

Such a cute spot!! Love the ambiance, and the service was great. Some of the best mussels I’ve ever had, but the singular $11 truffle tator tot was underwhelming. Also, the $195 cote de boeuf was a bit underwhelming as it said there’d be a table side preparation which there was not, and it was not as big as we all expected. I will say it was delicious though! Overall a wonderful experience.

I have been here before with another group of friends and had amazing service, but this group we tried Bar Lue first and had a good experience, and I raved about LaSerre because I’ve been here before and the service was amazing. We went this Saturday and we were taking back by the service compared to downstairs. Our waiter barely interacted with us. We got our apps pretty quick, but our dinner took almost an hour just to get us. When it did come my friend received her steak medium well instead of medium rare. We only saw our waiter one time in between then. My friend spoke with the manager before we sat down, and he told us we would get a free desert. By the time we got the desert menu we were so fed up and tired of being there that we declined and just wanted our check so we could go. We finished, paid, and got Jeni’s Icecream instead.

Outstanding service! Everyone was so kind and attentive. The food was delicious! We wondered if the caviar nest pasta would be a bit overrated but it seriously exceeded expectations!

The food was outstanding. So tasty. Service was excellent. Rose, our server, was very personable, thoughtful and efficient. Decor was fun with flowers and hanging ferns. My only issue is that it was a bit too noisy. I like an energetic atmosphere, but it's a delicate balance.
