Staff and staff were very fun and friendly! They made my friends birthday really special by writing her hand written card!

We love French food. The mussels, escargot, tuna, fritters.....and of course wines were lovely. Service was attentive and personal. We look forward to returning for many future visits.

Food was delicious and the decor was amazing! Two things I didn’t like… 1. I didn’t know I made reservations to eat in a club. There was a literal DJ inside and the noise level was out of control 2. Server was MIA for awhile after we received our appetizers before we put in our order for mains. We had to flag someone down

La Serra needs to figure out if they want to he find dining or a party spot. Duck was cooked perfectly but came out cold. Food was delivered in terrible order. The gnocchi was mush. Waiters are tasked with doing too much. Cool spot for some pictures.

If you like a scene, loud repetitive drum beat music and uninventive food, this is your place. Really disliked this restaurant . The salad had brown spots on the lettuce, my husband got sick from the cheese fondue and the pasta was over salted. We won’t be back. Surprised how well reviewed it was in chicago magazine given our experience.

Steak was over cooked both times, they went back to fix it and it was well done again instead of medium. Everything else was great.

The great: The service was impeccable. And the drinks were perfect. Thank you to the wonderful servers and bartenders. The disappointing: The noise level required us to yell at each other over a small table. Might not bother others, but having to yell made it feel like going to a busy bar not a fancy meal. We ordered the sole. It was over salted and rubbery. For a $75 piece of fish, that was very disappointing.
