    I’m unsure why this restaurant calls itself fine dining. It’s more casual I would say. We were greeted when we arrived and seated immediately. The two top tables were so close together that we had to move our table back so I could fit into my chair without hitting the chair of the couple behind us. The hostess said nothing about this. No, I’m not overweight….at 5 feet around 130 pounds I don’t have trouble fitting into spaces, neither does my husband. Then when another table showed up on the other side of us my husband had to maneuver his table and chair so they would fit. I think the restaurant needs to remove one table from the row of two tops so people aren’t packed in and can be comfortable. Food was definitely not fine dining quality. I ordered a cocktail from the special drink menu and it was not good. Very strong with no sweetness that I would have expected for a cosmopolitan. Bread basket was basically store bought French bread sliced up not warm and nothing special. Bruschetta appetizer was tasty but bread portion of it was very thick and hard. The whipped ricotta was almost non existent which was the part I was most excited about. We ordered chicken Parmesan and gnocchi with a creamy sauce and chicken. It was fair, not handmade pasta for sure on the chicken Parmesan. I don’t eat much salt but after my husband and I both tasted the gnocchi we decided it was lacking salt so I asked for some. The dessert choices sounded delicious and we chose the chocolate mousse cake. I had one bite and my husband had a few because he didn’t want to waste the entire thing. The cake portion was very dry and I would guess the cake wasn’t made in house….I could be wrong but it had a very thaw and serve feel and the piece was huge! Our server was sweet and kind, but I would not say fine dining trained. We won’t be back which is such a disappointment since it’s so close to our home and we were excited about having “fine dining” close to home.

    Maren was our server and she is great. Calamari appetizer was crispy and delicious. We had lobster ravioli, La Rustica, short rib Ragu and chicken piccata all great. Lastly, you have to finish with tiramisu. Best restaurant in the area.

    We split the Aranchini and my wife had the Chicken Piccata and I had the chicken Marsala. Everything was delicious. Highly recommended

    We love this place! Our third visit and still consistently good. Food is served hot and quickly. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The cocktails are delicious!! It’s super close to home which is a plus and the food is just incredibly tasty and delicious! What more do you want in a local, neighborhood restaurant?

    The food is amazing. Service is great. It’s a bit noisy/echoy - they could use some acoustic sound softening art, curtains, panels, etc…. the sound is not all that bad and it won’t stop me from going there again - but it would definitely be a better experience if it was a little less noisy - otherwise a great experience.

    My wife’s Chicken Marsala was very good, however my Chicken Parmigiana was dry and tough. Not good for a simple dish. The red sauce on the pasta tasted like it came from a jar, a disappointment especially after our server said that the sauces were made in house. We haven’t decided if we’re going to give it another try.

    We had their focacia bread, which was light and very flavorful ... and their specials for the evening, butternut squash ravioli and short-rib ragu. Both were excellent!
