Located in Ottawa's Little Italy, we're an Italian, from scratch kitchen, focusing on contemporary Italian cuisine that is rooted in tradition. With a large dining room on the main floor, and three semi-private dining rooms upstairs, we have the space for all your party needs. In the summer, we have a covered rooftop patio available for small private functions, as well as three ground level patios. We are proud to work with local farmers and producers wherever possible. Join us Tuesdays for half price wine (on select bottles). We looking forward to serving you soon!

                                                The food was excellent, but the service was lacking which is why we will not be returning. In addition the noise level made it difficult for conversation.

                                                La Roma pleasantly surprises me every time. La Roma offers more than a good dinner out, it’s a whole culinary journey. It starts by the way we are greeted, continues through caring service throughout, top quality food, and finishes with a nice goodbye. We try something different whenever we go because every dish we’ve had is something special. Whether it’s the lamb, chicken or salmon secondi dishes, they are all great. The pasta dishes are on point as well. New Year’s Eve is coming up and if you don’t have plans and want to treat yourself to a night to remember, La Roma is definitely the place to do it. We love it. We live in the area and there’s lots of choice as far restaurants go, but La Roma is one that we like to go back to.

                                                It was our first time at La Roma and it was incredible! Our server Lauren was so lovely and attentive, and the ambience inside was cozy and welcoming on a cold night. The food was spectacular, I had the gnocchi Gorgonzola and my husband had the lasagna. We both split the spiced olives as an appetizer. The food arrived to the table quickly and we were also given a complementary bread basket with an herbed butter. The food far exceeded our expectations, and the portions were very generous. The gnocchi was perfect, soft and pillowy with a lovely spring when biting. Truly it was such a lovely experience, I would recommend it to anyone!

                                                From the manager who admitted not to be as good as his staffs, to the hostess who made sure our table was at our expectations, to our waiter who served us promptly and professionally, everyone greeted us just like we were regulars, atmosphere was awesome, tables were very well spaced in between allowing us to have a nice conversation, the food was out of this world delicious. La Roma, we will definitely be back….Cheers!

                                                Warm and welcoming ambience. Servers/Owners are extremely attentive and friendly and make sure everything is perfect. Excellent food, wine and tequila! Next time I will definitely move from the appetizer menu to one of the delicious looking main Italian dishes that were on display all around me!

                                                Excellent service from a brand new server. She was fantastic!!! Really great experience. The food was delicious and authentic Italian. I will go back to this restaurant and recommend friends to visit as well.
