This place is the only restaurant we go to that NEVER reads the requests we make through Open Table. Most places will pay attention if you say you are celebrating a special occasion, NOT this place. The food is very good, if expensive. The wait staff is great. It can get very noisy, not "energetic". Tacking on an extra $6.00 to a martini just seems tacky and ungenerous. We will think twice about returning.

Honestly, Aside from a long wait on the food, everything was great. The attention to detail is there. The Ambiance is there. The staff looks happy to work there. Clean restaurant. Menu is easy to read and navigate. Good wine selection and cocktails are in line with the season. The only sad part about this place is that I found it late in the summer!!! Will be back.

Loved the outside seating that looks onto the water. Appetizers were amazing! Main dishes were food. Beautiful place. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I love La Plage. Great location and ambience and delicious food. The only reason I'm giving the restaurant four stars is the service. It was painfully slow for a lobster roll and French toast (we had brunch there), and our server, who always had a smile, was hard to find. But I would absolutely recommend the place for weekend brunch, especially on a beautiful summer day. (We've also had lunch there during the weekend but not dinner.)

Lovely atmosphere, courteous & attentive staff, salmon crudo was delicious; skip dessert - not their forte.

Great view. Attractive inside. We went for lunch. Food was so so. I had an omelette with feta. Feta cubes inside. Not even melted. I had to chase down the waitress who disappeared. All in all just not great. Could be. Should be.
