   Attended their special pasta night. Multiple fantastic pasta dishes - was like eating with the neighbours in Italy. Great value and great service.

   Eataly is one of our favourite spots for a family meal, however we have noticed the pasta portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller! Not so sure it’s worth a night out anymore.

   Loved my mushroom pasta and my server is always so pleasant. Good value and nice window seat to spend time chatting with my friends.

   Food was good. Our main server was kind and patient with us. The pacing at which food came out could be improved.

   Our waiter was Reid and he was really pleasant. I enjoyed my meal, the food was great and my child was happy with his calamari. Everything was enjoyable. 😁😁😁

   Food and service were both great as always. Just felt a bit rushed tonight as they were really busy even though we had a 8:00pm reservation.

    I decided to dine at this Eataly restaurant, seeking a warm meal on a cold day. No disappointment. The service was acceptable at the beginning of the meal. Beverages, rustic bread, appetizer, and pasta arrived with no delay. As the establishment filled up rapidly, the server basically forgot me. I would have no issue with the restaurant if they had enough staff to handle the influx. I liked the menu choices and have no complaints about the quality and presentation of the fare. When I needed a fork to finish a delightfully overfilled canollo, the server seemed puzzled until I told him why I was unable to finish it. Perhaps this was a one-off. The restaurant serves good fare, but needs to staff for peak hours.
