    I have been many times. It seems as though the quality of the food has dropped a touch. Nothing dramatic but it’s evident to us. Service great. The front of house excellent.

    We have dined here for years and it’s our go -to Restaurant for consistently delicious Italian food at a great value. The hostess, server and food runner were pleasant and efficient. We will be back for sure!

    Always a great selection of foods and tasty. Just when you think you’re not getting enough food you feel full. Service was excellent on last visit..previously it was okay..party size seems to matter 4 vs 2 better service with 4. Made a reservation and it was honored at 2pm. Others in line were being told 45-50 mins. Eataly is always busy and people walking around shopping can be a bit slow and clueless with carts. Men’s room is kind of small and a line which is unusual. Overall it’s a fun day out.

    I have been to Eataly a couple of times before , different locations. I honestly feel the quality of the food declined. Appetizers were ok, I ordered the green lasagna and it was average at best.

    felt like a fast food restaurant, poor service no offer of parmesan, black pepper, another drink not offered, felt like they wanted us in and out expensive for what it is…

    My friend and I come very often to La Pizza La Pasta and everything from the food and service is awesome. Today however everything was not!! We ordered antipasti and our main dish but we did not even begin eating our antipasti when our main dish arrived so we rushed to eat the antipasti and by the time we began our main dish it was cold and the pasta was glued together. Also I ordered the fettichini with truffles but it did not have truffles it was just a buttery sauce. after our dinner we ordered 2 decaf lattes and when our server brought them to us they were cold. We told our server who replied that there was nothing she could do and walked away. At this time we had had enough so we asked to speak to the manager and he brought us hot decaf lattes and was very apaligetic.

    I’ve been to this location multiple times and had great experiences. Very disappointed last night. Hostess had an attitude (blonde heavy set woman)…we had a reservation for 6:30 we arrived at 6:25 and she told us to come back closer to our reservation… so we came back at 6:30 and at 6:45 she said she could only seat us at the counter even thought we had a table reservation. We waited there for 20 minutes when a rude waitress came over, poured water all over the table, never checked on us again we had to ask someone else about our food and to bring us the check… food was mediocre and came out in the completely wrong order. Cocktail arrived after we finished the meal. It was loud and chaotic. I would not go back again this place is only for tourists at this point.
