    Food and service was amazing! Unfortunately it was too hot. We are having a heat wave but hoped it would have been cooler.

    I was so excited to dine here, but the experience was just meh. We had to wait for a long time for our food and nothing was brought to the table to distract us from the wait time. We asked for bread and dipping oil and were charged for it. When the food finally arrived, they only brought two of four dishes. My husband and cousin waited to eat, but had to start as their food was getting cold. I had their signature dish, linguini al pesto e granchio, which was good but not mind-blowing. I like my pesto sauce better. Having said that, I don’t think I will eat here again. Done and over to the next place.

    Eataly is right in my neighborhood, and it always feels so great to have it so close by. They’ve done an incredible job keeping it looking great over the years, and the new addition is fantastic. The issue is that they (esp Pizza & Pasta) are always understaffed. Our servers were slow, got our order wrong and overcharged us. Just makes the whole experience so disappointing. Bar Milano always does a better job, so why can’t Pizza and Pasta?

    I have been here before but each time it all got a little less okay... This time around my spouse and I had lunch. Her pasta came rather quickly while I waited about another 10 minute for my pizzas. She could did not want to eat while I waited so we both sat there getting unhappy. (Serving food in a timely manner seems not to have occurred to many restaurants.) Finally the pizza was under-cooked, meaning the entire center of the pizza was soggy. Really, service wise, it all seemed like a common occurrence to them and I doubt anything is being done about it.

    The food was spectacular as always. I’ve been here plenty of times and it was always good. Looking forward to visit Eataly again soon. Best part was the tiramisu. It is amazing.

    fun lunch place...we all had salads..they were delicious. Service was ok..Atmosphere is welcoming

    Key words like mineral, tannic… could help choosing the wine without relying on the limited knowledge of the staff Spoons to eat the pasta welcome

    I got the margarita pizza and like everyone said the pizza is not a traditional NY style but the taste was there. The other people I went with got pasta dishes and they were very happy with them. The price is a little expensive but I suppose on par for what New York offers.
