    Service was horrible. Waitress was nice, but she was let down by her capabilities to multi-task and the manager who observed it all without helping.

    Delicious meal and great service. The pasta tossed in the cheese wheel was amazing. The cocktails were expensive, we ended up spending $55 on strawberry fizzes :(

    I’ve never been to an Eataly before, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was wonderful, we enjoyed the experience as a whole. I’m a chef so my expectations are always high for food etc. Thank you for the experience. Compliments to the management team on a well run FOH / BOH. Everything came out quickly.

    I think I expected better food, however it was a good spot to try some pasta. Wine was really good, price was average. I just didn’t think 4 shrimp would cost $11 … other than that, it’s an ok spot.

    We ordered the focaccia and it came out with the middle being cold. We discreetly let the waitress know and she took it and brought it back to us and told us that’s how it’s served. We asked if we could please have it warmed since it’s ice cold in the middle. She told us no and there was nothing wrong with it and their focaccia isn’t supposed to be warm. This is so unusual for a dish typically served warm. We had to leave after this because this was so odd and we felt really uncomfortable and were pretty much passively aggressively told off by her. It’s one thing for it to be slightly warm/cool but to have the middle feel almost frozen and still passed off as acceptable is just weird.

    Food was very good, but the bolognese pasta doesn’t come with much sauce. We were served initially with barely any sauce so the waitress took the plates back to the kitchen and came back five minutes later with a side of sauce. The lunch special is great value including salad and pasta. I would like to go back because the food was very good.

    I have had many good experiences at Eataly, but this was not one of them. Service was good as usual, but the food was terrible. The focaccia that the server made a point of saying would be warm turned out to be cold. And the salad was terrible. Soggy and poorly chopped with dry, flavorless, tough chicken. Kind of amazed a professional kitchen could mess up a salad that badly.
