Food is absolutely spectacular. Unfortunately our server was not very knowledgeable about the menu so we did not get to experience some of the menu items we were excited to try. She said there was no Caprese salad for example when afterwards we found out there was a table side experience for that and she said they did not have tajjn when the cocktail specified that it came with tajin (she brought it out later). I would go back again but with a better server to be able to talk about the menu and recommend.

Horrible table. Pressure to order quickly. Table was right next, practically in, the waiters service station in the sun with no shade to pull down. The food was OK, but not worth what you pay for it. Not a fun dinner at all.

We love the food here but the personnel starting by hostess and specially the servers truly ruined the experience dining at this restaurant. They are completely unqualified. If so much your management desires to hire inexperienced people then they should be trained properly.

We often enjoy lunch on Friday as the shopping mall is still not packed. Always good food, a glass of wine and friendly vibe.

The place is nice.. love Eataly but very disappointed with the service and food. The lasagna was burnt… they did not even offer a replacement and just said “sorry” and charge us full for it even though only half was eaten and it was definitely burnt. Then they charged us 5 dollars to change Spaghetti to Penne with a pomodoro sauce for a kid… this is crazy! Will never go back and i recommend all that do to observe their food closely.

We love all the Eataly restaurants and enjoyed a spontaneous lunch today. I had the Taste Of special that came with 4 appetizers and two pasta dishes which was plenty of food for three people! My favorites are the homemade pasta dishes especially the ravioli and Cacio Pepe but everything is delicious and I’ve never been disappointed!

Service was horrible. Waitress was nice, but she was let down by her capabilities to multi-task and the manager who observed it all without helping.

Delicious meal and great service. The pasta tossed in the cheese wheel was amazing. The cocktails were expensive, we ended up spending $55 on strawberry fizzes :(

I’ve never been to an Eataly before, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was wonderful, we enjoyed the experience as a whole. I’m a chef so my expectations are always high for food etc. Thank you for the experience. Compliments to the management team on a well run FOH / BOH. Everything came out quickly.
