I always love it here but instead of complimentary bread they now charge you for just the basic bread with olive oil (just factor it in somewhere else so you don’t look so obviously cheap). They’ve also changed the menu a little so my favorite meal was no longer available. Our waiter was very annoying, hovering too much as if he was hurrying us along. But overall, still love it!

The Dallas location is my first experience with Eataly and going from there to the Boston location made it seem much smaller than it already is. I prefer how Dallas has the restaurant separate from the market but it’s just in the middle of the market in Boston. I was disappointed we couldn’t order the cheese wheel pasta table demonstration, as they replaced it with a summer themed demonstration. The market selection was good but would have liked more options besides the many kinds of pasta.

This was my first time eating there and it was amazing!! The food, service, and ambience was totally unexpected. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our dining experience here was just OK. It wasn't awful but also wasn't amazing. The food was OK; some dishes needed some salt but there was no salt on the table. Flagging down our waitress was challenging so we had to just go without the salt. She also handed us our bill before even asking if we'd be interested in dessert. The ambience was nice enough but feels touristy. Overall, we were underwhelmed and likely won't return. We still would be open to trying out the other eateries there, just not La Pizza & La Pasta.
